SX7777 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

Throughout these Terms, the following words carry the meanings defined below. Understanding these definitions will help you interpret any clause correctly.

SX7777 performs age verification during KYC. Players may be required to submit a copy of their CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification confirming their date of birth. Until age verification is complete, withdrawal limits may apply to the account.

The following rules apply to all deposits on SX7777:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted on SX7777.
• SX7777 does not charge fees on deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own charges — SX7777 is not responsible for these.
• Deposited funds that have not been played within 12 months of the last account activity may be subject to inactivity handling as described in Section 9.

Verified SX7777 players may request withdrawal of their real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions below. • In the event of a technical fault during a game session on SX7777 — including disconnection or server error — the outcome of any in-progress round is determined by SX7777's server records. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, the stake for that round is returned to the player's balance.
• SX7777's sports betting odds are updated in real time. The odds confirmed at the moment your bet is placed are the odds that apply to your wager, regardless of subsequent price movements.
• SX7777 reserves the right to void bets where odds were published in error (e.g., due to a data feed fault) and where the error was material enough that the bet would not have been offered at those odds under normal circumstances.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per game or market are displayed in the interface before you place a wager. SX7777 may adjust these limits at any time.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on SX7777. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, any balance voided, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Using false, stolen, or third-party identity documents for KYC verification.
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name.

SX7777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account where these Terms are breached, where verification cannot be completed, or where continued access would present a risk to SX7777 or other players.

• Player-initiated closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting support@sx7777.ws. Any real-money balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after standard processing.
• SX7777-initiated suspension: Where SX7777 suspends an account pending investigation, real-money funds are held securely and returned if the investigation concludes in the player's favour. The maximum investigation period before a formal outcome is communicated is 10 business days.
• Dormant accounts: An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. SX7777 will make reasonable attempts to contact the player via their registered email or phone number before applying dormancy handling. A monthly administration fee of Rs 150 may be deducted from dormant account balances after the 12-month threshold to cover account maintenance costs.

SX7777 commits to engaging fairly and transparently in all dispute processes. Players will not be penalised for raising legitimate complaints.
